MY DIARY Last Sunday I went to see Ice Age: Dawn Of The Dinosaurs, which was brilliant! I also saw one of my favourite bands, Rogues, perform at Barfly.

THE BATTLE'S ON BETWEEN JORDAN AND PETER I found it really interesting when I read that Jordan and Peter Andre have signed deals to work on their own TV shows. The way things are going right now, it looks like Peter will win the battle of the ratings. It will be strange seeing the two of them being filmed separately, though - they always seemed to bounce off each other in previous series and I think that's why people tuned in. I hope Peter has success with his new album, he's worked really hard on it and it'll be nice for him to be in the limelight for a change.
THE GOOD AND THE BAD ARE REVEALED IN BB Sree has been driving me mad! I can't believe he served raw bacon to the other housemates! I feel sorry for Noirin that he's following her like a lost dog, she needs to put her foot down and tell him to leave her alone. As for Kris and Sophie, they make a fantastic couple as they're both as shallow as each other! They might last long enough for a couple of photoshoots when they leave the house.
BRUNO WILL BE BRILLIANT! I can't wait to see Sacha Baron Cohen's new film, Bruno. I watched Borat about four times, it was absolutely hilarious! Hopefully this new film will be just as good. I think Sacha and Isla Fisher are a great couple. They both have their own careers and she doesn't seem to mind him parading about as all those weird characters! They really don't care what people think and just seem to want to have fun.
SUZANNE AND JK HAVE TIED THE KNOT I'm really happy for Suzanne Shaw and JK on their recent wedding. They are such a lovely couple and JK has been great with Suzanne's son, Corey, who she had with Darren Day. He's also supported her through projects like Dancing On Ice and I think this marks a fresh start for Suzanne. Maybe they'll have their own kids soon... Congrats. guys!
I'M LOVING... Triumph underwear. It has some really pretty sets, which are comfortable and quite reasonably priced, too.

Nikki appeared on BBLB today being interviewed by Zig and Zag.
It was great fun - Zig and Zag introduced her as a "scream queen" - they asked her about her most recent tantrum (kicking her car when it wouldn't start apparently!), what she thinks of this years BB, her least favourite task when she was in the house (The PA task) and a whole lot more.

So says Nikki in this weeks blog.
She's not impressed with Josie, the "bunny boiler" nor Corin who, despite being hilarious in the save and replace task, she thinks is "vile" and she didn't like the "cheesy" Glee task either, although she thought Corin and Andrew's duet was hilarious.
She's looking forward to seeing how the new housemates get on in the house and wants to see Josie, Corin and Dave up for eviction this week.

Nikki thinks Andrew is a loveable geek, Mario is a sweetie and Steve is acting like an immature schoolboy! She's feeling sorry for Josie and is glad Ife has been evicted.
She's been loving the tasks this week, especially the superhero one, and is pleased that Ben is having a special Benday after the hard week he's had through lack of sleep, though she thinks he's been a bit over-dramatic about it!

"This week has dragged.. BIG TIME!"
Nikki has been finding it hard to be enthusiastic about BB since Shabby left. She thinks Caoimhe has turned into the house bitch, is finding Corin annoying, says Mario has driven her mad this week with his psycho behaviour towards Ben and didn't like the robot task at all as it was far too loud!
She's glad Nathan was evicted though and is looking forward to seeing how the new housemates get on in the house. predicts Caoimhe and Keeley (who she thinks, unlike her, suffers from small woman syndrome!!) will clash big-time.

July 7, 2010 Nikki Grahame on 98FM, Spin1038, and the TV show Ireland AM in Dublin today
Nikki has been in Dublin today promoting awareness of Eating Disorders, along with Prof. James Lock from Stanford University. Nikki has been talking about her own experiences of anorexia and Prof. Lock about how to spot anorexia and bulimia, the reasons why people develop the illness and current methods of treatment.
Nikki's favourite this week is Ben and she wants him to win - she thought his task was "legend" and loved the tree of temptation calling him a "quiff head" and a "posh git" She still likes Shabby though she thinks her tantrum about the hat was OTT (and admits that's rich coming from her!!), thinks JJ might be the next Calum Best when he comes out of the house, says Caiomhe is "vile" and is bored with Nathan and Steve. She wants them out to make way for some more hot boys in there to "Give John James a run for his money!!!.
Nikki filmed her video diary from the Hop Farm Festival in Kent this weekend and was taking part in the Celebrity football event. As you can see in the photo, her footballing skills are as good as ever!
July 1, 2010 Nikki Grahame on Live From Studio Five
Nikki appeared on Live From Studio Five as a guest in a discussion about the media obsession with skinny models. Ex-BB 11 contestant Rachel White talked about her own experiences and talked to schoolchildren about diets and the effect of size zero models on their own self esteem. She then interviewed Nikki who spoke about the results that anorexia had had on her body and about the fact that the media industry was partly to blame for the recent increase in people who have developed eating disorders. She also criticised the industry for their constant comments on celebs. weight and appearance.
In the studio afterwards everyone agreed that they were shocked by Nikki's revelations about the impact of anorexia on her own body and concluded that it was really important for people to be comfortable in their own bodies.
June 29, 2010 Nikki Grahame on BBLB
Introduced as the queen of tears and tantrums, Nikki appeared on BBLB today with her very own puppet which has curly blonde hair and bunny ears!
Nikki was asked to comment on and rate 4 housemates on her very own moanometer. She still likes Shabby but isn't keen on Sunshine - because she moans too much!!
She also sang the show out with a new version of her BB song with lyrics about some of the housemates as well as the BBLB presenters, Emma and George.

June 24, 2010 Nikki Grahame supports the Jeans for Genes Campaign
On 22nd June Nikki attended a celebrity party for the Jeans for Genes Campaign.
The campaign was launched by Nick Ede from EdenCancan who said: "We launched the new Jeans for Genes campaign yesterday at Mark Fullers Sanctum Hotel rooftop. The event was celebrity packed and as a patron for the event I introduced the lovely Zoe Tyler who sang so well. Lots of people attended including Danielle Lloyd, Zoe Salmon, Jenny Frost and Liz McLarnon. Nikki Graham was on form and she was excited about going back into the Big Brother house as she has been voted the No1 housemate - I love her mum Sue shes so kind."

June 19, 2010 Nikki Grahame is Digital Spy's Ultimate Big Brother housemate
In the Digital Spy Big Brother 'Ultimate' Housemate poll - Nikki Grahame is the Big Brother contestant DS readers most want to see back on the show at the end of the summer. Nikki stormed in with 16.2% of the vote beating Brian Dowling 2nd with 13.6%. Nikki's BB7 rival Aisleyne Horgan Wallace, Big Brother 5's Nadia Almada and Big Brother 6's Makosi Musambasi also racked up significant support in the poll, which DS says it's readers voted in their thousands. Nikki has indicated that she would be willing to go back into the house if she is selected for the 2 week allstars series.
Digital Spy also caught up with Nikki to see how she feels about winning their Ultimate Housemate poll. From the interview:
How does it feel to have won the DS Ultimate housemate poll? "Really, I won?! Wow! Who was in the running? Brian Dowling was second! What about Brian Belo? What about Nadia? What about Pete? He was tenth... well it looks like I'm going back in the house then! I've had such brilliant support since leaving the show and my fans have been brilliant. So I'd really like to thank them all for taking the time to vote for me, because I really do appreciate it."
Why do you think people loved you so much as a housemate? "I think people still like me because I was just myself. I just had fun and enjoyed my experience in there. Well, most of it! I think some people try and act a certain way on the show, to win popularity, but it doesn't work when they come out because they were not being true to themselves."....
Nikki has written and filmed her first blog for the News Of The World. She loved Launch Night and likes the whole freaky circus feel to the house, even though the music has given her nightmares!
So far she's keeping a "fairly" open mind on the contestants but says
" I really like Mario, especially as he bought the BB7 diary room chair!!"

There is no Hotstars magazine in OK! this week so Nikki doesn't have her column in. But there is an article on her showcase she hosted at her Birthday Party way back in May.
Nikki sporting a blue polka dot number was the life and soul of the party with guests being treated to candy floss and popcorn!
In Heat Magazine this week - "BB Stars Finally Find Calling", the article was about former BB stars staffing Nandos. When Nikki Grahame, Brian Belo, Alex Sibly, Charley Uchea and Stuart Hoskins were among former housemates who turned out to raise money for Barnados.

MY DIARY Hey everyone! I'm so glad to be back with my column and have missed you all. I hope you've been enjoying the sunshine! I've been busy as usual - last week I was on Ireland AM talking about my book, Dying To Be Thin, and I took part in some filming for body-image campaign Body Gossip. This week I enjoyed a picnic in London with some friends and also did some filming with Zig and Zag for Big Brother's Little Brother. But the best news is my sister Natalie is about to have a baby son any day - I can't wait to be an aunty!
GET WELL SOON CHERYL I couldn't believe it when I heard Cheryl Cole had caught malaria - that must be so scary. She is said to have been working 18-hour days up to that point, so I hope when she has recovered she will take it easy and look after herself properly. If someone has to stand in for her on X Factor, I think her Girls Aloud bandmate Sarah Harding would be a good choice. I'm wishing Cheryl a speedy recovery.
BIG BROTHER IS STILL BRILLIANT I'm loving the final series and particularly Ben - he's my favourite to win. He always says the wrong thing and everyone else is horrible to him but I just feel sorry for him and want to make friends! I love the relationship between John James and Josie, too, although I can't really see them as a couple. I've been told recent house walker Shabby thinks I'm hot and would like to meet me - bring it on, I say!
CONGRATULATIONS JORDAN AND ALEX! Jordan and Alex have celebrated their wedding blessing and I hope they can move on from the commotion of the paparazzi allegedly brawling with guests - and enjoy their honeymoon.
DANNY IS GOOD FOR TROUBLED LINDSAY I'm gutted Lindsay Lohan has been sentenced to 90 days in Jail due to breaking her probation. I think she deserved a fresh start. She must be totally devastated - especially as I've read that she's recently been enjoying the company of rugby player Danny Cipriani - he's hot! Maybe when she is released from jail she can settle down with someone like clean-cut Danny and put the dark days behind her.

This week Heat magazine is all about couples, it's always been about the couples. Nikki & Pete feature as the couple from BB7.
From Nikki and Pete's interview:
"Then: He had Tourette's. She had Tantrums. Separated after Nikki's shock eviction Pete's face was priceless when she re-entered the house..."
Nikki, your tantrums were infamous, why did you only listen to Pete? Nikki: "Because I loved him""
Was it hard when Nikki got evicted Pete? Pete: "Yeah." Nikki: "I remember when Davina was calling out my name, Pete was grabbing my arm." Pete: "It was a shock because I was closest to Nikki." Nikki: "I thought you were closest to Lea. I was like, why does he open up to Lea? I understand better!
Did you miss her? Pete: "Yeah I missed her constant singing.
Nikki: (laughs) I have serious expressions when I sing and you use to laugh at me." Pete: "Yeah I missed that."
Nikki what was it like when you went back in? Nikki: "He picked me up, spun me around then kissed me on the lips, I was so happy."
Were you ever worried it was just a holiday romance? Pete: "It was really exciting, but I was scared as well, especially when we got the best kiss award and you went mad and cried in the diary room." Nikki: "Why?" Pete: "Because you didn't get an award for yourself!" Nikki: "I was so different back then. I'm happy with my life right now and I know your married, Pete, but no one broke my heart like you did."
Do either of you have regrets? Nikki: "I've got no regrets at all." Pete: I think it could've ended nicer but, no, I have no regrets."
Most people loved BB7 because of your relationship... Pete: "We kind of killed Big Brother..." Nikki: "It was never as good after that!"
May 26, 2010 Nikki Grahame in NEW magazine
Nikki is also in NEW magazine this week as part of a glitzy glamorous photoshoot to mark the last ever Big Brother which is around the corner. NEW gathered 10 of their favourite stars over the last 10 years and have added a tribute to Jade Goody with her portrait in the background.
In Nikki's interview:
You've had weight issues. How are you now? I know I'm too thin at the moment and I'm trying to put some weight on. But it's all in check. I have quite a healthy diet - I eat three meals a day and things in between to keep going. But I need a lot of food if I'm going to put on weight. I'm not putting on much, but I know I should.
Do you have any regrets about doing BB? Not at all. It's the best thing I ever did. I could never have bought my flat. It's really changed me and my family's life.
How did you feel about Pete getting married? It was a bit of a shock. But Pete and I weren't meant to be. It was magical when we were in the house but I'm happy I got away from him.
Did you watch his wedding on the show Four Weddings? No, but only because I don't have Living. I'm sure I'll see it at some point.
How's your love life been recently? I'm seeing a musician, Sam James, from a band called Rogues. I was a bit of a groupie! It got serious last October and he moved in with me in February. It's going OK.
What's next for you? I really want to get into radio. My boyfriend bought me some decks, so I'm learning how to DJ!
Are you happy right now? When the sun shines!
May 26, 2010 Nikki in NOW magazine - BB BAD Girls Go Gaga
Nikki is in NOW magazine this week along with some of our favourite females over the past 10 years together. The girls are transformed into Lady Gagas and Beyoncés in an over-the-top photo shoot inspired by the duo's infamous Telephone video.
In the lineup are Nikki Grahame, Michelle Bass, Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace, Kinga Karolczak, Grace Adams-Short, Charley Uchea, Nadia Almada and Sophie Reade. Each of the girls were interviewed for the magazine.
In Nikki's interview when asked Do you ever cringe at how you behaved in the house? She laughs "Oh God, I don't regret anything I had the time of my life".
From the now interview:
Nikki, it's 4 years on and you're still going strong... Yes, it's great. It's really cold in here though. Why's it so cold?
You haven't changed a bit! I have, actually. Big Brother made me wise and helped me appreciate things. It's also bought me a flat - although it's only in Northwood.
So you no longer have your famous strops? (Pauses) Sometimes.
Ha! What's the downside of fame? I can't go out and get a regular job. I'd get so much grief. I'd like to do floristry.
So what keeps you busy right now? DJ-ing. My boyfriend Sam bought me some decks for my birthday, so I play indie music.
How long have you two been together? It kind of got serious around October. We're all loved-up, I guess.
Are you over Pete, then? He's married now... He is. It's weird. But yeah, I'm happy for them... I guess.
Do you get on OK with Aisleyne these days? We don't hang out but she's always really nice to me when I see her.
May 13, 2010 Nikki Grahame in Closer Magazine this week
Nikki tells Closer that she is once again locked in a struggle with anorexia and exercise addiction. After maintaining her weight since appearing on Big Brother in 2006, she has shed nearly a stone over the past year.
"I started losing weight over a year ago," says Nikki. "It's been worse in the past few months. I hate it, ... nothing fits me any more...."
Nikki said "When I wrote my book last year I was a good example of someone who'd overcome anorexia. Now I feel like I have let everyone down."

Nikki is certainly not in denial and agreed to do the photoshoot and talk candidly about the agony of living with anorexia to help raise awareness of the illness. Nikki admits she needs and will seek professional help. As well as anorexia Nikki also suffers from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder which makes eating more complicated.
Since Closer magazine came out, Nikki has been receiving a lot of email of support on her website email address, that her book is an inspiration to all and that she hasn't let anyone down. And I certainly agree with that and would like to thank and to assure everyone that has sent such kind messages to Nikki that they are all passed on to her and she does get to read them. Des.
April 13, 2010 Nikki's Hotstar Column in OK! magazine this week - issue 721
This week Nikki talks about Cheryl Cole's single life, Dawn French and Lenny Henry's split, and Jordan's post-natal depression.
MY DIARY I had a bit of an unlucky few days last week as I had a power cut and my car broke down! I'm now looking for a new one. I did some filming for a Big Brother show about memorable housemates and moments and that more than made up for it, though. It will be screened before the final series. I'm really into watching The City on MTV at the moment, so I've been catching up on that while the weather's been bad. Last weekend, Mum and I went to Dorset to visit a family friend, who we call Grandad. He's been poorly, so get well soon!
SILENCE IS NOT GOLDEN FOR CHERYL Cheryl Cole has said she talks to herself and I can understand that because I do it! She says she hates being on her own so much she chats to herself to avoid the silence. Well I think being single suits her as she's been looking so happy lately. Although, if she got together with Will.i.am, I think they would be a match made in heaven!
IT'S SPLITSVILLE FOR DAWN AND LENNY I can't believe Dawn French and Lenny Henry have split up after 25 years - they're comedy royalty and belong together! I guess they must have grown apart. I imagine it will be an amicable separation as they won't want things to be awkward for their daughter Billie. It's sad to see Jim Carrey has broken up with Jenny McCarthy too. What's going on?!
DANNII LOOKS AMAZING Dannii Minogue has been showing off her baby bump and has never looked better. Her skin is radiant and she is looking so pretty. Pregnancy definitely suits her! I love the new Marks & Spencer adverts that are on TV, too. They're the best ones yet and Dannii looks absolutely gorgeous in them. I'd love to see her modelling maternity outfits and swimwear next.
JORDAN IS A REAL FIGHTER Jordan recently admitted that she felt suicidal at times while suffering from depression after her son Junior's birth. The fact she came through it shows how strong she really is. Being a parent is tough at the best of times, never mind while you're not well. She seems to be able to cope with anything life throws at her, though, and her new hubby Alex seems to be a real support.

MY DIARY Last week, I went to see Sadie Frost and Carl Barat in a play called Fool For Love, which was really good. At the weekend I saw How To Train Your Dragon, which is a fab animation with a great voice cast! After that, Mum had some friends over for an early Easter Lunch. I'm going to Childline Rocks - a charity gig - at the Shepherd's Bush Empire this week. I'm so looking forward to it as The Enemy and Carl Barat are performing!
I'M SO HAPPY FOR MY GOOD PAL NATALIE I am so excited about my friend Natalie Cassidy's baby news! She will be a great mum. I've spoken to her and can confirm that she is over the moon. It's great that she and her boyfriend Adam Cottrell are so loved-up and she's being taken care of. She's such a genuine person and it's just what she deserves. When she gets married, I'm sure it will be a lovely wedding.
JORDAN AND ALEX PLAN THEIR SECOND WEDDING Jordan and Alex are said to be planning a second, bigger wedding. Her nuptials to Peter Andre were so over the top, though, it will be hard to be any more extravagant! It must be difficult for them because everyone will be comparing the two. Alex seems laid-back, though, and probably just wants a quiet affair with close family and friends. Being with her is clearly the most important thing to him.
POSH AND BECKS FEEL THE STRAIN Being out of the World Cup must be absolutely devastating for David Beckham. He dream't of being the only English footballer to play in four World Cups and 2010 was probably his last chance. Also, because he's injured, Posh might be having to look after the boys and run her fashion label pretty much by herself, which won't be easy. Get well soon, David!
DON'T JUDGE KYM Kym Marsh has given up her rescue puppy, Oliver, but it's because he didn't get on with her other dog. It seems to me that people who are criticising her clearly don't know much about looking after dogs! If Oliver wasn't getting on with her Chihuahua, Charlie, moving him somewhere else was the kindest thing to do for both animals. People shouldn't say she's been cold-hearted. It must have been a really tough decision.

Nikki has been in Dublin today promoting awareness of Eating Disorders, along with Prof. James Lock from Stanford University. Nikki has been talking about her own experiences of anorexia and Prof. Lock about how to spot anorexia and bulimia, the reasons why people develop the illness and current methods of treatment.
Nikki's favourite this week is Ben and she wants him to win - she thought his task was "legend" and loved the tree of temptation calling him a "quiff head" and a "posh git" She still likes Shabby though she thinks her tantrum about the hat was OTT (and admits that's rich coming from her!!), thinks JJ might be the next Calum Best when he comes out of the house, says Caiomhe is "vile" and is bored with Nathan and Steve. She wants them out to make way for some more hot boys in there to "Give John James a run for his money!!!.

Nikki is also in NEW magazine this week as part of a glitzy glamorous photoshoot to mark the last ever Big Brother which is around the corner. NEW gathered 10 of their favourite stars over the last 10 years and have added a tribute to Jade Goody with her portrait in the background.
Nikki is in NOW magazine this week along with some of our favourite females over the past 10 years together. The girls are transformed into Lady Gagas and Beyoncés in an over-the-top photo shoot inspired by the duo's infamous Telephone video.
Nikki tells Closer that she is once again locked in a struggle with anorexia and exercise addiction. After maintaining her weight since appearing on Big Brother in 2006, she has shed nearly a stone over the past year.
